在企业里，不同岗位就像精密机器上的各个零件，共同推动着企业的运转。2025 年 4 月 29 日，体验了公司的 “换岗体验日活动” ，作为企划专员的我，迎来了一段新奇且充满收获的旅程 —— 跟随采购主管完成一个项目的物流发货全流程。

In a company, different roles are like the interconnected components of a precision machine, collectively driving the organization's operations. On April 29, 2025, I participated in our company's "Job Rotation Experience Day" as a planning specialist, embarking on a novel and rewarding journey - shadowing the procurement supervisor to complete the entire logistics and shipping process for a project.

标贴虽小，作用重大

“这批货物是某项目的物料，每批货的标贴必须清楚，上面要注明项目名称、货物种类、数量、收货人信息以及注意事项等内容。”采购主管的话语中透露出对细节的严谨要求。在物流园工作人员的协助下，我们开始对货物进行检查和标贴张贴。那一刻，我深刻意识到，每一个标贴都是货物的“身份证”，承载着确保货物准确送达的关键信息。如果标贴信息有误，后果不堪设想。

"These goods are materials for a specific project. Each batch's labels must be clearly marked with the project name, product type, quantity, consignee information, and special instructions," the procurement supervisor emphasized with meticulous attention to detail. With assistance from logistics park staff, we began inspecting the goods and applying the labels. At that moment, it dawned on me that every label serves as the cargo's 'identity card' - carrying critical information to ensure accurate delivery. A single labeling error could trigger a domino effect of misplacement, delays, or even contractual breaches with irreversible consequences.

在对接过程中，物流园工作人员的专业与负责给我留下了深刻印象。从货物的接收、检查、分拣到装车运输，每一个环节都严格把关，确保万无一失。采购主管仔细核对每一项信息，确保无误后才进行下一步操作。这种对细节的极致追求，让我对物流发货工作有了全新的认识。

During the coordination process, the professionalism and dedication of the logistics park staff left a profound impression on me. From cargo receipt, inspection, and sorting to loading and transportation, every link underwent stringent quality control to leave no room for error. The procurement supervisor meticulously cross-verified each piece of information before authorizing progression to the next step. This uncompromising commitment to precision fundamentally reshaped my understanding of logistics operations - I realized how this seemingly routine work forms the backbone of project execution, where a single label's accuracy could mean the difference between seamless delivery and cascading supply chain disruptions.
